• Hours: Monday-Saturday 9-6, Sunday 11-6, ALL services by appointment only. Anyone is welcome to come during business hours. We just need a heads up for security and privacy. Our cell number (503)927-3212 is on an employee at all times during business hours to ensure that your needs are met.

• Shot Requirements: DHLP, RABIES, and BORDATELLA. We have to have proof of these shots before you dog can be allowed to enter the facility. NO EXCEPTIONS. DHLP and BORDATELLA are annual vaccinations. RABIES is a one year or three year vaccine. We can call the vet and get your shot expiration dates if you can't find your receipt. If you do your own shots, you need to bring the store receipt and date given with the bottle label stuck on the receipt. (Some vets are no longer giving corona, that's ok. Some vets don't want to give vaccines to very old dogs, just bring us a note or have your vet give us a call.)

• Feeding Time: We feed Pedigree. We've tried several different kinds of dog food over the years. Pedigree seems to work best for us with all the different breeds we have visiting us. If your dog has a special diet, we suggest you bring your own food. We feed per your instructions, there is no extra charge for medications given.

• Facility: PLK provides indoor/outdoor runs, all concrete where dogs the dogs rest. They are all climate controlled. The runs are all covered, heated, and air conditioned. We have different sizes for different sized families. A basic single kennel is 4'x3' inside and 4'x7' outside. With four large playpens surrounding the kennel, our dogs are let out to play EACH HOUSING BY THEMSELVES! Our turn out schedule is 7am, Noon, 4pm, and then bedtime around 9pm(bedtime earlier in the winter). PLK is an open set up with our boarding guests able to see us and not have the feeling of being left alone.
